National Institute on Aging
- The NIA is part of the National Institutes of Health. NIA is dedicated to researching and understanding the nature of aging, as well as supporting the health and well-being of older adults. They offer information on ways to prevent falls and injuries from falls, such as improving bone health and making homes safer to avoid falling. Also, the NIA offers Go4Life® resources on simple exercises to improve mobility, balance, and strength.
